Shipping Information:

Sukkot 2022 will begin in the evening of Sunday, October 9th

We will begin shipping this year on Thursday, September 28th, 2022.

We encourage you to order early as this guarantees a smooth process for you and us.

The Willow is vacuumed packed but can dry out without refrigeration and we therefore try our best to avoid having your package in transit over the weekend. You should inspect the contents of your shipment as soon as it is received and place the Hadassim (Myrtle) and the Aravot (Willow) in the refrigerator until the beginning of Sukkot. All other items (Lulav and Etrog) should be stored at room temperature in a cool dry place.

The last day to order this year with our expedited shipping will be on September 29th. Any orders after that time will require Express shipping. If you have any questions, please contact us.

If you need your set shipped at a earlier date, please let us know. If you are traveling for Sukkot, you can have your set shipped to your travel destination.

Packing Information:

We pack your Lulav and Esrog using bubble wrap and other packing material (peanuts, air bubbles etc.) which we find to be very effective.
The Lulav and Etrog is in perfect shape when it leaves the warehouse. The handling by the shipping companies may cause breakage in rare cases. Based on the feedback we've been getting, 99.9% of customers receive their Lulav and Etrog set in perfect condition, if you should receive your Lulav and Etrog set with any defects, please contact us right away so that we can replace your set.

Return Policy:

We guarantee our Products to be 100% as described. We make every effort to package our product in the best possible way to avoid damage during transit. Although our Lulav and Etrog sets leave our warehouse in perfect condition, shipping and handling may cause damage. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee its condition upon arrival, after being handled by shipping companies and time in transit. However we will do everything in our ability to try to replace damaged orders . Returns for any other reason must be approved by our staff.
