Get ready for Sukkot 2023! Our shipping begins on Monday, September 18th, 2023, so be sure to order early for a smooth process. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure that you receive your items on time.

At EasyEtrog, we understand the importance of ensuring your items arrive fresh and in perfect condition. To prevent drying out, we recommend inspecting your shipment as soon as it's received, and placing the Hadassim (Myrtle) and the Aravot (Willow) in the refrigerator until the beginning of Sukkot. All other items (Lulav and Etrog) should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place.

To ensure timely delivery, the last day to order with our expedited shipping option will be on September 18th. Any orders placed after that date will require express shipping. If you have any questions about our shipping process, please don't hesitate to contact us.

If you need your set shipped at an earlier date, please let us know. We're happy to accommodate special requests, including shipping to your travel destination.

Packing Information:

We take great care in packing your Lulav and Etrog to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use a combination of bubble wrap and other packing materials, to protect your items during transit.

Although our products leave our warehouse in perfect condition, there is always a slight chance of damage during shipping and handling. Based on our customer feedback, 99% of our customers receive their Lulav and Etrog sets in perfect condition. However, if you do receive a set with any defects, please contact us right away so we can arrange for a replacement.

Return Policy:

At EasyEtrog, we guarantee our products to be 100% as described. We take every measure to package our products in the best possible way to avoid damage during transit. Although we can't guarantee the condition upon arrival due to shipping and handling, we'll do everything in our ability to try to replace damaged orders.
